Description:
Construction of the scientific research center "LERCO"
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the construction of a part of the new building of the five-story building of the scientific research center "LERCO" with an application overlap and the creation of adequate research and educational facilities. It is an object of the biomedical research center, chsurgical fields, pathology, biochemistry, molecular biology and virology and the center of imaging methods in the premises of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava at Syllabova Street 19, 703 00 Ostrava. The subject of performance includes related work consisting in the implementation of land preparation, construction and engineering worksects incl. connection to the construction connection of the technical infrastructure, i.e. the transitions and connections of engineering networks and road markings (hereinafter also "construction"). The contracting authority plans to finance this public order from the Ministry of the Environment through the State Environmental Fund Cof the Czech Republic, from the operational program called Just transformation, call no. OPST 3/2022, name of the project "Life Environment Research Center Ostrava", reg. no. CZ.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000003. The technical conditions of this building are stipulated in the project documentation for the construction, including the report vymer, zoning decision c. 13/2022, construction permit c. 57/2022 "construction of the LERCO building" and decision c. 1146/22/VH on water management and permission for the construction of a waterworks, which are an integral part of the tender documentation.
