- The subject of the performance of this part of the Public Contract is the performance of the function of "Construction Manager" on the construction site "Completion and expansion of terminal capacities" and on the construction site "New Check-in Hall of Terminal 1 - COBT1", who will, based on the concluded contract, provide professional activities, in particular quality management management- QM) and cost control (quantity surveyor - QS), namely during the entire process of preparing project documentation, during the Contractor selection process, throughout the Project implementation and during the engineering process, as well as the investor's technical supervision (TDI) or Quality Monitoring services , financial servicesnational reporting, Commissioning Agent services and Expert Support services.
The subject of the performance of this part of the Public Contract is the performance of the function of "Construction Manager" on the construction site "Completion and expansion of terminal capacities", who will provide professional activities, in particular quality control, based on the concluded contract(quality management - QM) and cost control (quantity surveyor - QS), namely during the entire process of preparing project documentation, during the process of selecting the Contractor, throughout the implementation of the Project and during the engineering process, as well as the investor's technical supervision services (TDI) or Monitoring kvalidation, financial reporting services, Commissioning Agent services and Expert Support services.
