• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the building modifications of the buildings of the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Ostrava, which are located at Na Souvrati 2066/12, Slezská Ostrava. It concerns the reconstruction and modernization of the facilities of the Botanical Garden and greenhouses from due to their unsatisfactory technical condition and outdated equipment. Part of the permitted design is also an extension and extension of the building, which will enable the functional expansion and adaptation of the building to the current operational and technical requirements of the Botanical Garden. They are proposed layout changes in the 1st floor of the Botanic Garden, as well as the addition of a changing room and sanitary facilities and the expansion (extension) of the central section of the building with an elevator and a preparation room. A steel spiral staircase extension is proposed in the south-eastern part of the building. The project also includes the extension of the 2nd floor within the Botanic Garden's background building, which includes a central communication tract with an elevator and side greenhouses for the Botanical Garden's exhibits. Greenhouses No. 1 and 2 will be newly realized on the original floor plan. Greenhouse no. 3 will be expanded in the southern part - leveled in plan to the border of neighboring greenhouses No. 1 and 2. The existing free space between the greenhouses will also be included in the plan of greenhouse No. 3, while the existing passage between the greenhouses will be roofed and integrated into the new layout greenhouse no. 3.
