• Description:
• The subject of the sub-limit public order is construction work for the "CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION OF THE ROOF OVER THE VATRA CINEMA, VSETÍN" event. The subject of the construction is the structural modifications of the roof covering above the Vatra cinema, nám. Svobody 2076, 755 01 Vsetín, on land plot number 2936/1, 2937/2, 2937/3 and 2938 in the cadastre and the village of Vsetín. This is the building of the Vatra cinema, which is part of the Municipal Office complex. The subject object is divided into two structurally different concepts. The auditorium itself, which is also a CO cover, is designed as reinforced concrete tube located approximately in the middle of the building. Around the auditorium there is an extension of operating rooms and the entrance area of ​​the cinema. The circular tube above the auditorium is covered with a single-skinned roof. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete ceiling on which is an assemblage of asphalt strips, quarry aggregate, soil, concrete screed reinforced with curry mesh and concrete tiles jointed with concrete. The other spaces are designed as a non-walkable flat roof with a composition of trapezoidal sheets and steel beams I 220, on which there is expanded clay concrete, thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene and a layer of asphalt strips. The construction is divided into the following parts: A. Insulation and restoration of the waterproofing function of the dome roof - the roof of the auditorium and the civil defense shelter Description: As part of of the proposed measures, the existing layers of the roof sheathing will be dismantled after the layering of asphalt strips on the supporting reinforced concrete structure and the subsequent realization of the new roof sheathing composition. The new composition of the dome roof consists of a cation primer active emulsion, asphalt strip with supporting insert made of al. foil, heat-insulating layer of PIR boards with al. foils, layers of asphalt strips, drainage lay...
