- The subject of the public contract is preparatory construction work for the construction of a new pavilion - the Mother and Child Pavilion in the premises of the Klaudian Hospital.
The subject of works 1. Stages will be the following building objects (from the overall project):

The construction work will take place during the operation of the inpatient medical facility and the operation must be maintained.
The contracting authority requires that the assessment of the bill of quantities be carried out in accordance with the project Principles of construction organization, which is an annex to the tender documentation and which sets out the basic requirements of the Client on the phasing and coordination of the scope of construction, especially in relation to the existing area and its objects, which must remain in operation during the construction period. However, this is not a definitive and final project, and the Client requires the submission of the Supply Project of the construction organization, including a detailed schedule work, in such a way that it can be approved by the Principal no later than the day the construction site is handed over to the selected bidder. The client points out that the decisive construction milestones are binding:
