- Description:
- New construction of a non-residential building - extension of the ARPIDA center, Δeske BudΔjovice, including internal distribution connections (water mains, sewage and storm sewers, electricity, heating), a new exit to the adjacent local road and paved areas. Two separate two-story buildings are designed that connect the twoand smaller buildings with connecting corridors. The buildings have a continuous gable roof with ridges oriented N-S. The building has two above-ground floors, the 3rd floor is partly used - the attic, mainly for the placement of technical systems for the modification of the building's environment. On the central corridor on both floorsh are connected by common communication and user spaces, main and secondary technical staircases, personal and evacuation elevators, therapy rooms, sanitary facilities, changing rooms, reception, technical rooms, cleaning rooms. The load-bearing section is designed as a masonry wall construction system, thermally insulatingbvod walls and grid of internal load-bearing walls, in certain positions the wall system is supplemented with reinforcing reinforced concrete pillars. The roof of the truss is designed with a wooden purlin system with vertical saddle-shaped stools with wooden and steel purlins.
