Description:
The subject of the public contract is the selection of the developer of the project documentation in all design stages for the construction of the POHO Park Gabriela project. The purpose of the event is revitalization and total reconstruction, during which the purpose of use of the buildings of the compressor house, extraction towers, including the pit building will be changed. After completion ofconstruction of POHO Park Gabriela, these buildings will be used for civic amenities, cultural, social and sports events. The existing buildings will be supplemented by a new visitor center. The new building will be in the energy plus standard (modern energy) and will subsidize the energy conservation chrhaunted buildings. The revitalization will also include park improvements, the construction of facilities for outdoor activities, cycling and hiking trails and natural parking areas. The transport connection of the area will be realized from the existing connection to the I/59 road in the profile of Slezska Street, which will be for theseneeds expanded. Design work also includes the design of interior equipment and coordination with the developer of the exhibition project documentation. As part of the related engineering activity, the subject of the public contract is also the securing of all permits, according to which it will be possible to place and carry out the construction, jas well as the performance of the activities of the health and safety coordinator during construction preparation and the performance of author supervision during construction implementation.
