- The subject of this public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic field (hereinafter referred to as the "Photovoltaic Field") as part of the construction of the Ralsko Photovoltaic Power Plant (hereinafter referred to as the "PVE Ralsko"), according to the Project Documentation prepared by the company FUSO ENERGO s.r.o., with registered office Self-employed 1155/27, Slezska Ostrava, 710 00 Ostrava, IČO: 09713549, which forms Annex No. 6 ZD and also represents the technical conditions of the public procurement within the meaning of § 92 ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as "Project Documentation"). The Ralsko PV plant consists of a total of three buildings, namely the Photovoltaic field, the substation and the cabof the line between the Photovoltaic field and the substation. The construction of the substation and cable line is not the subject of this procurement procedure.
