• Description:
• The subject of the full public contract is the reconstruction of the museum building in Lec, in particular the renovation of the interior, heating and cooling with the use of two air conditioning units, a new social facility for employees, (in accordance with the requirements of PB) a new entrance and EPS. In connection with the nrst zaten from the units The ventilation on the street and the increased weight of the new thermally insulated wall panel will be sent to the original ceiling steel beam and a new ceiling structure will be made. There will be no changes in the interior or exterior of the building. There will be additional thermal insulation to the maximum extent possible with regard to the preservation of the heritage building of the chain link building (it is not possible to remove the stone cladding, it is not possible to cover the walls with insulation boards, etc.). All construction works are described in detail in the approved project documentation, which forms the scope of this assignment documentation. All work must be in accordance with this documentation. Without the consent of the contracting authority, the technical supervision of the investor and the monument authority, it is not possible to change the daily procedures or use the materials. The works will be carried out in accordance with the decision and under the supervision of the national monument authority on the land of the National Cultural Monument.
