Description:
This is a small-scale contract for construction work contracted in the Design & Build mode. The subject of the public contract is the construction of a retaining wall to arrest the flow of water in Terezín. Content is fulfilled and all activities necessary for the daily and functional completion of the work are carried out, even when they are not verbal said. The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is contained in the other hundred contract conditions, or in the fields of the procurement documentation, which include, in particular, the Minimum technical conditions (Flo. 2 ZD) and Recapitulation of price offers (Flo. 3 ZD), which represent the technical conditions general contract in the sense of 92 ZZVZ, and according to the considered sample contract (Plan. 1 ZD).
