Description:
The subject of the work "Construction of the Singing Station Doubravka and I/20 Pilsen, Jatečni - Na Roudna" is for both parts (for Part and I Part B):
5 Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Assessment environmental impacts and obtaining this opinion.
The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the PCB. The extent of this performance (Item No. 7 and 8 Annex No. 4 SOD) The Client No. 1 or the Client No. 2, respectively. The Client reserves as a change in the contract of contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor will only realize the EIA documentation on the basis of the Client No. 1 or the Client No. 2 or, respectively, The Client according to the conclusion of the finding procedure of the competent authority.
