Description:
The subject of the public contract is the partial reconstruction of the existing building of the kindergarten. The reconstruction will involve changing the internal layout of the kindergarten, when part of the building will continue to serve as a kindergarten. In the second part, a layout for small-scale housing is proposed. In total 4 housing units are designed here, which have separate entrances. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is given in Annexes No. 1 and 2 of the procurement documentation.
