- Description:
- The subject of the public contract for construction works is the creation of the work to the extent specified in this procurement documentation and its annexes. This is a new construction of a technical building, which is accessible from Starobabicka Street. The object is ground floor, it is located in the object garage space for garden maintenance equipment. The technical building is designed as a one-story building without a basement. It is a rectangular floor plan with a hipped roof, which has an attic on three sides. The load-bearing structure of the building is brick, the perimeter wall with an added one thermal insulation. The outer fillings of the openings are designed plastic with insulating triple-glazed glazing. The construction of the technical building is part of the elementary school construction project. The entire project was developed for the elementary school, technical building and sidewalks. School building a sidewalks are not the subject of the order. The technical object is marked with the number SO 02 in the project and is clearly separated in the situation, see Separate situation for object SO02 (appendix no. 3 - Project documentation). The detailed definition of the scope of performance is defined in the List of Works - Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation and corresponding parts from the Project Documentation - Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation.
