The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the building No. 53 and the construction of new brick extensions with a ramp, staircase and escape exterior staircase related to the change of use to the children's group. The current purpose of use is for family housing, now a children's group will be. The building is not divided into Objects and technical and technological equipment. It is one building building. Detailed specification of the subject of this public contract contains individual parts of the tender documentation, in particular project documentation of the construction, inventory of construction work, supplies and services with the bill and Terms and Conditions laid down in a binding draft of the contract for work. The subject of this public contract is not the approval of the finished work or the operation of the work or its part.
