Description:
The subject of the public contract is thermal insulation and reconstruction and construction modifications of the interior layout of the existing building. The design system of the building is brick combined. The existing concrete gutters will be removed and new concrete tiles will be removed. Windows and entrances will be replaced door and insulation of peripheral masonry and ceiling thermal insulation. A new ceiling will be carried out in the kitchen and dining room. New water and sewerage wiring will be carried out in the northern part of the building. A new heat pump and new wiring for hot water heating will be installed. In the northern part of the building The layout will change, new washrooms and toilets will be made and accommodation rooms are added.
