- The subject of the public contract is II. Stage Reconstruction of the boiler room III. category of the object. As part of the reconstruction, a boiler room will be reconstructed in the boiler room, which directly follows the reconstructed wiring in the boiler room, here will be newly installed second boiler (the first boiler was installed in the firstStage), a new RS will be installed, including the equipment of mixed and timed branches and the restoration of the circulation node on the TV. Part II. Stages are also replaced by 231 thermostatic heads with protection against theft and damage, including dismantling existing heads. For about 50 pcs of radiators will be necessaryAlso replace the thermostatic valve including assembly on existing steel distribution DN10, DN15 including fitting. With the reconstruction of the boiler room III. Categories will be joined by minor work in the field of health installation (levy of the resulting condensate from boilers, ambush valves, etc.), adjustments to the wiringHeating, building modifications (correction of penetrations), MAR equipment, and gas installation of new boilers. Equipment of the Hemstur and MAR is not part of the project and will be solved separately.
