- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is to change the completed construction. It is a change in the purpose of using a part of the building (especially the large hall including accessories and the facilities of the restaurant on the 1st floor), as well as a small extension in the northern part of the building, a small increase in ATIK due to the replacement of the roof cladding incl. Insulation and building modifications throughout the building of the cultural house outside the premises of the municipal office and outside the spaces of cinema, which are not the subject of this selection procedure. The subject of the contract will be fulfilled on the basis of a contract for work, which means the performance of all activities according to the bill.
