Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the building of the existing two -storey, partially basement building of civic equipment with a gable roof. The documentation of the construction change before completion is solved by the attic above the building above SO 01 - the main building. The contracting authority plans new premisesUse superstructures for tribal (or special classrooms) for the second level of elementary school. For the new attic superstructure it is planned to remove the existing roof construction, ie wood truss above the main building (SO 01) and other adjoining construction work associated with a new superstructure. There is no change in the volume of existingan object or the exterior appearance of a building. New roof windows will be set in the new roof structure above the main kindergarten and elementary schools. The contracting authority does not allow partial performance.
