- The subject of the public contract is to draw up the documentation of demolition work (hereinafter referred to as "DBP") incl. Engineering activities necessary for obtaining demolition, technical study (hereinafter referred to as "TST"), discussing the solution of documentation for the authorization of the project ("DPZ") and elaboration of project documentation for implementationConstruction ("PCB") including individual statements in the document with the authorities and institutions concerned, both during its processing and after the final version and its approval with the administrators and the contracting authority (DBP, TST, DPZ and DPS, together as "PD" or "project documentation")And in the extent of the 1st stage of the building, Kotkova Street in the range of Přemyslova to Husovo nam.
Part of the performance includes, among other things, the elaboration of the demolition of existing houses along the eastern edge of the street between Přemyslova and Kollarova Street, including the provision of a demolition area. The expected range and location are coming outFrom the study "Connection of Kotkov - Korandova" of 06/2024, elaborated by the concept and development of the city of Pilsen.
The aim of the building modifications in the streets of Kotkova - Korandova is a design of a transport link that would transfer part of transport from the Klatovska Street, as assumed by measures "C3 calm Klatovska,Connection of Kotkov - Korandova, which is part of the conceptual document "Revitalization of the central area (Sr.TRMP, 05/2021)". In the current building arrangement, this transfer of traffic load in the North-South axis is not possible.
