Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of consumables according to VZP codes for the equipment of the cardiology workplace (owned by the FN Plzeň), including the provision of all related accessories. The detailed specification of the material based on the manufacturer's recommendations (operating instructions supplied by the manufacturer) is uvedena in the tender documentation.
As part of the supply of consumables, the contracting party requests the free provision of permanently located related instrumentation (radiofrequency ablation generator) at least in the configuration listed below, including transport to the installation site, execution of the installation, bepayable service and training with relevant instructions (in the Czech language) for the duration of the purchase contract.
