Description: The subject of the public contract under this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. Risk between the contracting authority and one participant in the procurement, on the basis of which a public contract will be entered on the supply of consumer medical supplies for the needs of the Medical Rescue Service of the Karlovy Vary Region.

The subject of the performance of the public contract entered on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the supply of consumer medical material intended to provide pre-hospital urgent care, in accordance with the requirements of invitations, esp. Annex Technical Specification, for 2 years from the effective date of the framework purchase contract.

The subject of the performance of the public contract is divided into parts that the participant may submit an offer to one, two or all parts of the public contract. The Framework Agreement for each part of the public contract will be concluded with one participant.
