Description of contract: The purpose of the public contract entitled "Contract for periodical renewal of class 754 motor locomotives" is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter also "ZZVZ") and n.a. § 169 ZZVZ, the subject of which isset the conditions under which the contractors will enter into a contract for the restoration of class 754 motor locomotives in the balancing stage of the restoration of units R2 - under the condition of the procurement documentation, in particular Annex c. 1 - procurement documentation as a binding model of the framework contract for the work.
