- The subject of the public contract is the supply of medicinal products of 3 ATC groups according to the specification and under the conditions specified in Annexes No. 2 (Specification of individual parts of the public contract) and No. 3 (Sample of the purchase contract) of the procurement documentation.
The public contract is divided into a total of 3 parts according to individual ATC skupin according to the specification in Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
The requirements of the contracting authority are set identically for all parts of the public contract, unless otherwise stated in other provisions of the procurement documentation.
Suppliers are entitled to submit an offer for one part, several parts or all parts of the public contractzky.
