Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the supply of medicinal preparations of 3 ATC groups according to the specifications and under the conditions stated in the annexes c. 2 (Specification of individual parts of the public contract) and c. 3 (Sample purchase contract) of the tender . The public contract is dividedfor a total of 3 parts according to individual ATC groups according to the specification in appendix c. 2 of the documentation entry. The requirements of the contracting authority are set identically for all parts of the public contract, unless otherwise stated in other provisions of the procurement documentation. Suppliers are entitled to submit a bid for one cast, more parts or all parts of the public order.
