- The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation entitled "Conversion of housing estates - II. Stage", which aims to increase the absorption capabilities of the soil surface and its transmission and eliminate the impact of climate change on nature, its improvement and sustainable development of the entire locality. On the selectedLocations (playgrounds, slices with asphalt surface) will be carried out to replace the impermeable surface permeable. The intention is to create two types of places: a playground with a threshing or other permeable surface (barefoot trails, terrain modeling, chips, sand, duck, etc.) and relaxation zones with grass or meadow sowing,Planting trees and perennial beds. It is therefore an overall revitalization of unsightly and at the moment of low -used places in the housing estate, on the principles of sustainable development and using adaptation measures (water retention in the landscape, improvement of microclimate). The subject of the order is also the performanceAuthor's supervision during the construction of the construction in accordance with this challenge and the tender conditions. The subject of the contract is also the performance of the author's supervision of the designer during the construction.
