- The subject of the public contract is the cooling of selected offices on individual floors, using a direct (compressor) cooling system. The air conditioning system will be the so-called "VRF", with the option of choosing two modes, only cooling or only heating. Primarily however, the device is designed for cooling. Indoor air conditioning units will be wall-mounted, under-ceiling, and cassette in the client hall on the 1st floor. Outdoor condensing units will be located behind the adjacent garage building, above level 1.np (ground). From indoor units cooling, the condensate must be removed. The client also points out that the installation of the air conditioning system will take place during normal building operation. More detailed specifications are given in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation.
