- The subject of the work includes the complete execution of construction, demolition and other works of all objects of the order Extension and construction modifications of the workshops Horska 258, Vrchlabi in the scope and specification given by the project documentation at the level of Documentation for the execution of the construction (hereinafter also DPS) processed by the company IRBOS s.r..o., with registered office no. 115, 517 41 Δestice, ID 25933094, registration no. 20/06/0622 of 05/2021, then also in accordance with the conditions stated in the construction permit of the building - DECISION No.: MUVR/25951/2021/ERLMA, Stamp file 619/2021/Er of 21.06.2021, acquisition of legal force from 30.07.2021, DECISION Ref.: MUVR/24688/2023/ERLMA, Stamp file 3792/2023/Er dated 20.07.2023, acquisition of legal force dated 17.08.2023.
Construction objects:
This is a change to a completed building - construction modifications, maintenance work and extension of the existing building No. 258, which serves as a school facility for practical teaching of apprentices andand school engineering and electrical engineering fields (object of civil equipment). In the existing building, the layout will be modified, technical distributions will be reconstructed, the outer shell will be insulated, the roofing will be replaced, and the extension of the elevator shaft for the lifting platform will be implemented (barrier-free access). To sa two-story extension without a basement will be built in the existing building, in which there will be two classrooms on the 1st floor - bodywork workshops, cloakrooms with sanitary facilities and two garages, and on the 2nd floor an office, a classroom - an automation workshop, dressing rooms, a day room, sanitary facilities, a classroom machine shop.
