Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of demolition work and the implementation of construction work at the construction event New building of the DZR in the Vrchlabi locality - construction work.
Demolition work (RD, gazebo, beehive):
•Demolished object no. 1:
The object in question was exhibited as a composite T shape. The family house consists of 2 tractsand the front door.
•Demolished object no. 2:
Garden object - gazebo.
•Demolished object no.3:
Existing unused object - apiary.
Demolition work (garages, workshop, greenhouse):
•Demolished object no.1 :
The building is mainly used as garages and warehouses, but there is also a morgue with a cold box. Before starting demolitionh work, it is necessary to relocate the cooling box, which is located in the existing garage spaces, and its continuous operation must be ensured throughout the construction of the new extension, where it will subsequently be moved to the 1st PP.
•Demolished building No. 2:
The building serves mainly as a workshop, but also for storage purposes. Previouslypart of the building served as a boiler room. There is also a chimney that is no longer in use, which does not protrude above the roof plane, and which was cleaned using a pick-up door located from the exterior. Directly adjacent to the workshop is a greenhouse (object no. 2/b), which was heated by this boiler.
Construction worke new building of the pavilion:
The new building of the pavilion is located in the closed area of the Home for the elderly in Vrchlabi. This is a new building located in close proximity to the existing building of a home for the elderly, including the modification of the courtyard and the connection of new utility networks.
