Description:
The subject of the public contract is the purchase of equipment for measuring section speed in both directions of the road in the number of 4 pieces and also the rental of equipment for measuring the section speed in both directions of the road in the number of 3 pieces including installation, automated transfer of data on the performed measurement to the software applicationof the contracting authority, technical support and ensuring operation for all devices for a period of 5 years from the start of operation.stored and then automatically transferred to the software of the city of Trutnov.
As part of the performance of the public contract, the supplier will ensure the delivery of the necessary measuring equipment, ensure the subsequent revival of the equipment, connection to the structure prepared by the client and the prepared energy source, the equipment will be maintainedat in proper and operable condition (including metrological verification), ensure its maintenance and data transmissions. The electricity consumption of the speed meters and the costs of internet connection and data transmission related to the operation of the measuring devices are covered by the contracting authority (City of Trutnov), which is not part of theawarding a public contract. The supplier ensures the transfer of data from the measuring devices to the software of the city of Trutnov for the subsequent processing of offenses (Scarabeus) and to the repository of the Police of the Czech Republic.
