- Description:
- The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the performance of individual subcontracts for the provision of services in the field of robotic process automation (RPA). The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of three (3) Participants. The contracting authority will be on the basis of a framework agreement, in the manner indicated there, always order performance in time and to the extent according to their current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to derive performance from the framework agreement.
Services will be provided:
•to assess processes suitable for automation by RPA UiPath technologies
•to assess the suitability of using specific productsů UiPath within the framework of upcoming projects
•during the implementation, development and changes of RPA solutions for the automation of the customer's company processes with RPA UiPath technologies
•for the implementation of upgrades of UiPath products to higher versions
•for the support and development of existing and new integrations of automated solutions,
•for aftersupport for the operation of automated solutions
