Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of hygiene and cleaning products for the University of Ostrava according to the current operating needs of the client and all its components for a period of 24 months.
List, specification of hygiene and cleaning products and their expected (orientational) quantitative take afterbu 24 months, is listed in Appendix No. 1 List and specification of hygiene and cleaning products, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. of the Act of concluding a framework agreement with a single supplier, on the basis of which they willprovided individual supplies of hygiene and cleaning products according to the current operating needs of the client and all its components. The execution of the public contract will take place under the terms and conditions set by the contracting authority (see Annex No. 4 Framework agreement) in accordance with § 132 paragraph 4 of the Act in the form of unitsopen contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement without renewal of the competition. The awarding of individual orders based on the framework agreement will take place in the form of sending a written order from the contracting authority - see Appendix No. 4 Framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement").
