- 1.1 In the case of this tendering procedure is to negotiate a framework agreement.
1.2 Based on public procurement awarded under the framework agreement, the provision of consulting services for the contracting authorities in the area of:
(a) preparation of technical parts of the tender documentation including processing and justificationqualifications (proposal for professional criteria/supplier requirements) and other technical conditions for the contractor's participation in the tendering procedure for IT systems;Technical qualifications of suppliers, assessment and evaluation of suppliers' offers in technical areas and assessment of fulfillment of all other technical conditions of participation or conclusion of contract in the tendering procedure;
(c)Project management schedule;EDC to IS EDC;
(g) Ensuring support for and in testing;
(h) Support for deployment in sharp operation;
(i) support in the implementation of the next generation of the system;
