• Description:
• 3.1 The subject of the performance of the public contract is the preparation of comprehensive project documentation and the execution of related activities in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act"), as amended, as well as in accordance with other relevant legal regulations and relevant standards for the purpose of carrying out construction works consisting of modifications and repairs of external plastering of facades, replacement of windows and entrance doors and repairs of roofs and roof trusses of selected apartment buildings in the Psychiatric complex Bohnice Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of performance"). 3.2 Part of the subject of performance is in particular: a) carrying out a mycological survey consisting of a professional assessment of the state of wooden elements, which reveals infestation by wood-destroying fungi, molds and insects. Survey includes a visual inspection, sampling and their laboratory analysis, and the subsequent development of a mycological assessment in written form with recommendations for remediation and protection, prior to the preparation of the DPS; b) development of project documentation in the "Documentation for implementation of construction" according to the Building Act and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., as amended (hereinafter referred to as "DPS") for construction modifications and repairs of apartment buildings consisting of modifications and repairs of external plastering of facades, replacement of windows and entrance doors and roof repairs and roof trusses of these apartment buildings in the contractor's premises according to the requirements further specified in this tender documentation, c) provision of an unlimited exclusive license for the arbitrary use of outputs created by the supplier (copyright d...
