- The subject of the contract is the supply of IT equipment of the building of the Cultural and Creative Center Vary & Te.
The subject of the Public Procurement Includes:
(a) acquisition, production or other measures of all things for the subject of performance specified in Annex 2 of Volume 1,
b) transport to the place of delivery and packing,
c) bringing out the equipment on place designated by the contracting authority,
d) Disposal of packaging material,
e) Installation of the equipment and its commissioning, testing and verifying the correct function of the subject of performance and performing other acts necessary to ensure that the subject of performance can fulfill the agreed purpose at the point of use,
f) Cleaning at the place of performance after installation,
G) handover of documents that are required to use equipment, especially written instructions and instructions for operating and maintenance of equipment, operating manuals and other documents necessary for operation of equipment in the Czech language,
h) Training of staff to operate and control equipment,
i) Ensuring a warranty service for a period of time guarantees,
j) performing other activities whose execution is or becomes necessary to properly perform
