The subject of the above -the -limit public contract called "Cyber Safety - Increasing the availability and resistance of the IS - 2. Part - Operating monitoring and logging, backup, licensing" Further acquisition of backup SW including HW, for automated Backup and renewal of critical systems, upgrading and expanding the existing solution of the coverage of the Signal Signal and the acquisition of user licenses, all in the extent and under the conditions set out in the technical specification (Annex 6 ZD) and meeting the requirements of the planned amendment to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security and implementing Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., On Cyber Security given by the European Union Directive NIS2, valid from 16 January 2023. and supervision of all operated IS/IT systems.
