- a) The implementation of the security roles of cyber security manager and cyber security architect according to the law. 264/2025 Coll. on cyber security (according to ZoKB only) for the entire department of land and real estate cadastre b) information security in the entire department including two organizations subject to the obligation under Decree 409/2025 Coll., on the safety measures of providers of regulated services under their obligation (pursuant only to Decree 409) and twenty one organizations under their obligation according to the Decree. 410/2025 Coll., on security provided by providers of regulated services in the regime of their obligation (according to Vyhlka 410). Organizations falling under their regime are obliged to provide regulated services exclusively to the Client. c) Setting of security measures according to the current primary law with regard to regulated services, which the resort provides. d) Ensuring updates of security documentation of regulated services in accordance with ZoKB.
