• Description:
• The protein purifier, also referred to as FPLC technology (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography), is a liquid chromatograph specially designed for the separation of biologically active macromolecules (proteins). All the parts that the analytes come with into contact, they are made of biocompatible materials and are designed so that the analyzed molecules are not exposed to any physical stress, e.g. heating in the detector space. In a certain configuration, the device in which it is analyzed can also be supplied the substance is completely separated from the external environment and the whole assembly can be operated even at low temperatures (from 4°C and above). The technical solution enables fully automatic operation while respecting the dimensions of the system, including the location of the mobile phases. In Loschmidt's laboratories FPLC technology is used for highly efficient separation of proteins or protein complexes for subsequent biophysical, biochemical and structural analyses. The emphasis is mainly on reliability, accuracy, ease of use and easy maintenance of the equipment. It is a chromatography system for affinity chromatography, gel filtration, ion-exchange chromatography, chromatography with hydrophobic interaction, chromatography with reverse phase, which will be placed in an already installed refrigerator, which is not part of the delivery. The subject of delivery is a new, complete and fully functional system including control computer, software and accessories. Laboratory, optical and precision instruments and equipment (except glasses)
