Správa železnic, státní organizace (“SZ” or “Client”), the national railway infrastructure manager of Czechia, wishes to procure the Moravian Gate High Speed Rail line (the “Project”) in the form of an availability-based Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) (the “PPP Transaction”).
