- Description:
- Purchase of medical equipment and tools. We request to deliver tools and equipment meeting the specification in the plan for this order. The purchased material must meet ALL PARAMETERS AND SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS. Medical devices according to the law. 375/2022 Coll. submit a declaration of conformity in the EU according to the law. 90/2016 Coll. about conformity assessment of specified products when they are introduced to the market (CE mark, Declaration of Conformity) in both paper and electronic form. The content of the supplement must be a guide to use for each item (if published by the manufacturer) in the Czech language. The application also includes a drawing and technical specifications a description of the devices that, in the case of a relationship, would be sufficient for a comparative meeting of all specified parameters. Consumables must have an expiration date of at least 18 months from the date of delivery to the buyer. If the manufacturer states the shelf life of times, then it is necessary to supply the material, its useful life will be at least 2/3 in favor of the buyer from the date before the buyer. In the event that due to determinable reasons it is not possible to determine the shelf life, it is necessary to consult with the buyer before calculating the delivery.
