- D 160 - Purchase blood group test. We are ordering a compound test to quickly determine the blood group and Rh factor from a drop of blood. The test card must contain a specific reagent (anti-A, anti-B, anti-D) which, after drying with blood, causes visible agglutination if the antigen is the corresponding antigen. The result should be available within a few minutes. The test must be suitable for both medical facilities and internal use. The contents of the package must include tools to perform and evaluate the test in the introduction to use in the Czech language. We would like to supply medical equipment - a test, which will be a medical device according to the law. 375/2022 Coll. The whole EU will be searched for compliance according to the law. 90/2016 Coll. o conformity assessment of specified products when they are brought to the market (CE tek, Declaration of Conformity). The content of the offer must include photo documentation and a detailed description of the offered tests for comparative fulfillment of all specified requirements. The delivered material must have a shelf life of at least 18 months from the date of receipt by the buyer. If the manufacturer has specified a shelf life of times, then it is necessary to deliver material with a shelf life of at least 2/3 of the total shelf life from the date of receipt to the buyer.
