- Purchase of medicines according to the specification in the appendix to this assignment.
Medicines must be delivered with at least 2/3 of the total shelf life set by the manufacturer in favor of the buyer from the date of acceptance of the complete order. In the event that the seller does not deliver goods with a specified minimum shelf life, the buyer reserves the righti the right to return this medicine to the seller. If a medicine is unavailable, an appropriate substitute can be offered. Replacements must be consulted with the buyer in advance. IF SOME OF THE REQUESTED ITEMS ARE UNAVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF BIDDING, FOR A CORRECT PRICE COMPARISON, PLEASETHE PRICE FOR WHICH THE DRUG WOULD NORMALLY BE ON THE MARKET!!!
