Description:
Purchase of medical equipment and tools. We request to deliver tools and equipment meeting the specification in the plan for this order. The purchased material must meet ALL PARAMETERS AND SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS. Medical devices according to the law. 375/2022 Coll. submit a declaration of conformity in the EU according to the law. 90/2016 Coll. about conformity assessment of specified products when they are introduced to the market (CE mark, Declaration of Conformity) in both paper and electronic form. The content of the supplement must be a guide to use for each item (if published by the manufacturer) in the Czech language. The application also includes a drawing and technical specifications a description of the devices that, in the case of a relationship, would be sufficient for a comparative meeting of all specified parameters.
