Description:
D 87 - Purchase of a trainer according to the specification for this item. We request to deliver the material according to the specification in the plan for this order. The purchased material must meet ALL PARAMETERS AND SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS. Cancellation period of at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the complete order by the buyer. Material supplied will be a medical device according to the law. 375/2022 Coll. In the case of a loan, it is necessary to provide an EU declaration of conformity according to law. 90/2016 Coll. on conformity assessment of specified products when they are introduced to the market (CE tek, Declaration of Conformity). The amount of the goods will be equal to the amount paid to the borrower use in eskm language. dn of the items does not exceed the value of 39,900 K with VAT for 1 pc. The total value of VZMR does not exceed 2,990,990 K without VAT. The offer must be accompanied by a drawing and a technical description of the offered material for comparative fulfillment of the specified requirements.
