- Description:
- D 89 - Purchase of various medical equipment. We request to deliver the material according to the specification in the plan for this order. The purchased material must meet ALL PARAMETERS AND SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS. Shelf life of at least 18 months from the date of acceptance by the buyer, if the manufacturer has specified a period times of usability, then it is necessary to supply the material, its shelf life and a minimum of 2/3 of the total shelf life set by the manufacturer from the date of receipt by the buyer. Medical devices according to the law. 375/2022 Coll. submit a declaration of conformity in the EU according to the law. 90/2016 Coll. O conformity assessment of specified products when they are brought to the market (CE ttek, Declaration of Conformity). When purchasing medical devices, it is necessary to provide a document on the notification of the medical device and a document on the registration of the person handling the medical devices. AT material for which a Safety Data Sheet is issued by the manufacturer, this document will be part of the contract.
