Description:
We require a delivery of 1110 pcs of sterile thoracic cover without a valve to ensure open chest injury. The coverage must have the ability to sufficient adhesion to ensure the required efficiency regardless of the presence of blood, sweat, hair, sand and regardless of the method of storage (storage conditions intemperature range from -35 to +60 degrees. C). The thoracic coverage is accepted by round, oval or square shape with an inadvertent part (loop) facilitating efficient location and, if necessary, peeling adhesive coverage. 1 package must contain 2 coverage. Dimensions of the thoracic cover - length 22 cm (tolerance + -3cm), width 16 cm (tolerance +- 3 cm). In the case of the delivery of the rib cover of the round shape, we require a diameter of 17 cm (tolerance +- 2 cm). We require the supply of material that will be a medical device according to Act No. 375/2022SB. At the same time, the EU must be delivered to a declaration of conformity (in paper or electronicform) pursuant to Act No. 90/2016 Coll. on the assessment of the conformity of the specified products when delivered to the market (CE label, Declaration of Conformity). Applicability of minimum 18 months. If the manufacturer has set a shorter use time, then min 2/3 of the total shelf life in favor ofBuyer from the date of receipt by the buyer.
