Description:
We require healthcare material according to the specification in the Annex to this assignment. The material will be a medical device according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll. At the same time, the EU will be delivered to the acceptance of the declaration of conformity pursuant to Act No. 90/2016 Coll. on the assessment of conformity of the set products when delivering them to the market (CETag, Declaration of Conformity). Applicability time at least 18 months from the date of receipt by the buyer. In the event that the manufacturer has determined the shelf life, then it is necessary to supply a material whose usability time is at least 2/3 of the total usability set by the manufacturer from the date of receiptthe buyer.
