Description:
The contracting authority carries out a preliminary market consultation according to § 33 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "PTK"). The client is preparing an investment project (also Project) "D1 - New laboratory facility" - a building with laboratory operations on the client's premises (Faculty Hospital at St. Anna in Brno). For this purpose, the client had ST processUDII, which is processed as a basis for preparing future project documentation. The STUDY will be part of the procurement documentation in the next public contract. The purpose and meaning of the STUDY is the design of the layout of laboratory operations and layout solution.

The subject of the future public contract will be the processing inall the necessary levels of project documentation (DUR, DSP, DPS, PD of interiors and medical technology), and ensuring related engineering activities (discussions with the relevant authorities, ensuring the issuance of relevant permits and performing author supervision during construction implementation (AD).

Investment costs for ceAccording to the STUDY, the project costs are estimated at approximately CZK 1.5 billion without VAT.

The client requires that all stages of the project documentation be processed using BIM technology according to the rules defined in the binding requirements and instructions on how to conduct design work using the BIM method, which will be detailedlisted in the procurement documentation in the following public contract.

Within PTK, the contracting authority intends to find out what possibilities and capacities are available on the market for the development of project documentation in BIM. The contracting authority will use the information obtained as part of the PTK to process tender documentation for future tender procedures.
