Description:
The subject of the contract is to obtain economic data for 2024 in the aquaculture industry in the Czech Republic. This will ensure that the requirements stipulated by the EU law, namely the Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 on the creation of the Union for Collection, Administration of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) and the use of data in the fishing industry and to support scientific counseling for common fishing policy, by the Commission's decision (EU) 2021/1167 and the implementing decision of the Commission (EU) 2021/1168
Detailed specification of the subject of performance is defined in Annex 1 of the tender documentation - a binding proposal "contract to ensure data collection in aquaculture for 2024 ", including attachments (hereinafter referred to as the" contract ").
This will ensure meeting the requirements stipulated by the EU regulations, namely the Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the creation of the Union for the collection, administration and use of data in the fishing industry and to support scientific counseling for joint fishing policy, Commission decision (EU) 2021/1167 and By implementing Commission implementing (EU) 2021/1168
