- The subject of the public procurement is the acquisition of economic data for the year 2022 in the aquaculture sector in the Czech Republic. This will ensure compliance with the requirements set out in EU legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the creation of a Union framework for the collection, sprdata capture and use in the fisheries sector and to support scientific advice for the common fisheries policy, further by Commission Decision (EU) 2021/1167 and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1168.
