- The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a web application serving as a data importer and exporter (hereinafter also "data portal" or "Application"). The application will be non-public, secure, serving as a data source for independent applications of the contracting authority, primarily applications of the Department of Strategies and Analyzes of Regional Politicsand housing policies (hereinafter also "OSARPPB") focused on the concept of Smart Cities (hereinafter also "SC")
and regional policy - specifically, e.g. Smart City Compass, ObcePRO, Regional Information Service (hereinafter also "RIS"), Map server Ministry for Regional Development (hereinafter also "MoS"), Strategy Database, orat the bottom of another application from the contracting authority. At the same time, the collected data can be used by OSARPPB for analytical activities and strategic planning and management in the field of regional policy, or and housing policies.
